For non-stone set designs, we usually advise around 2-3 weeks. For stone-set designs we usually advise around 4-5 weeks due to the extra work.
However, when planning a wedding one of the most important things to arrange is your wedding rings, they’re the one thing you’ll keep and wear forever after all so, we advise selecting them and placing your order early on, around the time you confirm dates and venue.

We offer a complete bespoke design service where you can work with a member of our team to create something entirely unique to you.
The costs for our bespoke service are relevant to the design but are largely comparable to ordering a standard design.

Every piece of jewellery goes through our Hertfordshire based workshops. We do outsource some processes to select manufacturing partners both here in the UK and abroad, but the final touch is always through our workshops.
Around 85% of our jewellery is made entirely in our workshops from start to finish.

We don’t have a crystal ball so can’t guarantee anything. However, precious metals tend to increase in value over long periods of time, so rest assured your heirloom is worth taking care of for the next generation.

As a rule we can resize most rings, the main exception is fully set diamond rings due to the fixed size of the stones.
You can use your TLC voucher for free resizing (up to one size either way) If you’ve already used it or its more than one size either way there may be a small charge for the work.
