Our basic TLC services are offered free of charge, you may be charged for extra works. Postage to and from our workshops may incur charges, speak to your stockist for further details.
Jewellery can be exposed to knocks, bangs, scratches and all kinds of chemicals from hand wash to perfume. Regular cleaning and checking will help keep it in tip-top condition. Use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean and give it a visual check over at least once a week.
Register your jewellery to be insured against theft or accidental damage for 1 year from date of purchase.
